Digital Parcel map data was developed from 1990 to 1997
Rural Town areas were converted by digitizing paper maps and transformed to PLSS Section Grid. City and Village areas werer complited from surveys and plats on a planimetric base map.
There was greater long term need for more acurrate maps in the Cities and Villages then in the rural areas of the county.
